I was looking for bringing a new stallion, himself a performer, out of rare Straight Russian performance lines into my breeding program. With the stunning Pan dor, bred by Alessandro Martinazzi, Du Bienn Arabians, my expectations are fully filled and I immediatly fell in love with this sweet giant!

Thank you very much to Alessandro Martinazzi, breeder and rider of Pan dor, big fan of the straight Russian Arabian horse, and his partner Anaïs Baudot. Thank you to Roberto Facchetti, who accepted to sell me this wonderful stallion.
Pan dor really is a royally bred stallion! His pedigree, made up of a daring successful inbreeding, shows no less than 10 crosses to Priboj, the legendary producer of many generations of sport horses, 2x Prizrak, 2x Topol, 2x Moment, 2x Mechta, 2x Ptaskha, 4x Taktika, 6x Mammona ! What an amazing and unique performance pedigree!
Pan dor comes from the Damline of Sahara DB, (1835, a Koheylah Moradiyah), through the wonderful broodmare who founded a dynasty in Tersk, Mammona, and from the sireline of Dénousté (Latif, 1903, a Hamdani Simri), through his son Kann. His pedigree brings six damlines coming from Rodania (1869, a Kuhaylah Rudaniyah), one of the most influencal mares in the Arabian breeding history.
He is the full sibling of Plundiss du Bienn: CEI *** 3rd place in 2020 !

Panduss, the sire, and Gitana, the dam of Pan dor, are full sibling : by Prizrak out of two full siblings : Dallasa and Gita, both by Nogotok (Topol) out of the Moment’s daughter Makumba, out of Mechta (Arax).
The Arabian horses transferred from Tersk, bred by and used into Tervete stud were imported, for many of them, in Italy when the stud closed its doors and registered with ANICA, including Dallasa and Gita, the dams of Panduss and Gitana.

Bloodlines
Panduss is the result of the cross between two of the very best russian bloodlines selected and bred by the world renowned Tersk stud, in Stavropol (Caucase) in the 80’s and transferred to Kilingrad and Tervete stud, with the intention of producing only performers in sport/race. Direct son of the famous Prizrak 14 (3-2-3-0-6), estimated 600,000 $ on te age of 23 years old, considered by the Russian breeders as one of the best sire of race horses.

* Drug (Karinka by Aswan), 32 (13-9-4-2), the only horse in the World to achieve both European championship wins, in show and in race (Derby winner), in the same year, 1990 !
* Drakon (out of Prikhot by Sport), 5/31(10-6-3-4), sold in Germany, a successful racehorse and sire of great race winners and endurance horses.
* Dantist (Setun (Topol)) Won 3 and placed 7 from 17 starts over 3 seasons, Russian raceform (3/17=3-4-3), 2nd in the Russian Derby 1988, 1st Opening Prize 1989. British raceform (2/12=4-3-2), 3rd Group 1 Dubai Stakes 1990, 1st Group 1, Al Ain International Derby 1990, 1st Group 2 Long Distance Championship 1990. Prizrak is the paternal brother of the great Persik (out of Pamiatka – Arax), both by Kankan, exported in France in 1973 and « company horse » owned by the French National park of the Cevennes, where he was entrusted to their employee, the Park guardian Yves Richardier, and used in the National park program as a breeding stallion for the all around local mares, before becoming the famous sire he is, sire of 328 offspring. Nowadays, the blood of Persik is present in most of the French endurance horses’ pedigree !
The dam of Prizrak is not less exceptional as she is the fantastic Ptashka, full sibling of the famous sires Topol and Pietuszok, foundator of the P line in Tersk, from which come the great Peleng (sold for 3,3 millions $ to the USA), Pesniar (sold for 1 million $ to the USA) and Balaton, known as the horse of the century.
