2015 - Amaïa F, second offspring of the combinaison Tibet x Azzell confirmed this excellent cross : type, mind, conformation, movements, she has all ! Amaïa F will stay at stud, together with her owner, my daughter Estelle.  

2013 - Altaï F, first son of Tibet and Azzell, he immediatly catch our heart with his extreme type and his hight qualities. He completely charmed us with his so lovely mind! Sold to France. 

2008 - Azzlan F : a superb son of the great MM Sultan. Azzlan F is a very raffined, typey and showy colt with a fabulous mind. Sold in Belgium 

2009 - Alias F : a son of Papillon, the Neman’s son (owned by Arabian Fantasie). He’s got a incredible showy mind and an very nice Arabian type. Sold in Belgium. 

2011 - Asslya Alif F : a dark chestnut filly, very typey, by the superb Nadir’s son AF Umoyo (born at and owned by Arabian Fantasie). Sold in utero to France.  

Strong points 

Azzell is a typey typical Abakan daughter, well built with a good and long neck, a short back and an excellent croup, flat and long. In addition, she is one of the most lovely mare I had seen. 

She is a high quality broodmare and she passes to her foals an incredible show potential ! 

Under the saddle, Azzell is so sweet. Kind and protective, she likes to share walks with her rider and keeps quiet in all circumstances.

Abakan at Shah Arabians - France 

Her sire Abakan (Balaton x Amunitia-Antey) is a 1988 light chestnut stallion, born at Tersk Stud. He left from Russia after being recognized as “Elite” and having run with a lot of successes. He was exported in Holland where he began his breeding stallion career in 1993, and after in France in 1995. Abakan is a multi show champion, he became national champion and World Championship Top ten stallion in Paris. 

The Abakan’s pedigree carries many great russian champions as most of the best breeding horses of Tersk Stud as well in the dam as in the sire line. His offsprings gained more than 70 titles in 7 different countries, and between others, 8 National champion titles. Abakan's foals show up the exceptional breeding qualities of their sire ! Abakan often passes his “mark” through his light “apricot” colored offspring, as Azzell !  

The second generation of Abakan’s proved his strong genetic impact too : Jordan National Champion, Foal Champion and best head at the Middle East championship, Belgian Foal Champion, champion in Deurne, of the Nederlands, etc.  

Abakan is one of the best Balaton's sons (2/10(0-3-4). Balaton is the horse of the Century and the 1992 European Champion. By the high quality of his offspring, he was one of the more influent Russian Arabian stallion, in Tersk and in the World. Balaton is by Menes 2/13 (6-0-4) out of Panagia,  marvelous Aswan daughter out of Pustinia, the well-known Salon daughter. Panagia is also the dam of world-known horses as Pakistan, Pomona, Princip … In his dam line, Abakan is out of Amunitia 2/14(3-2-2), by the Nederlands National Champion Antey 1/11(3-3-3). She is the dam of many very good horses as Artemida by Mukomol and Assol by Armaniak, broodmares in Tersk, Amnion by Mukomol, Russian Derby Winner, Arc Kossack, race winner in Europe, etc. 

Azzell’s dam is Hanouf, a very cute grey mare, deceased in november 2010. She is a multi international show winner. She is by Vulkan, good race horse in Russia and a Menes 2/13(6-0-4) son. He is out of Nasturcia, by Aswan out of Napersnitsa by Pomeranets. Nasturcia is also the dam of the great Nadejni and of Nutria, the well-known dam of Nikel and Namaz. She also carries the precious blood of Naslednik 1/7 (3-0-0) and All USSR 1978 Champion bred to Anapa, a full sibling of Panagia, the Balaton dam. 

Bloodlines 

Gazzella was almost 5 years old when I discovered her in the United Kingdom. For me, it really was love at first sight ! A few days after, she was in Belgium ! 

“Azzell” is a raffined and typey mare, with strong qualities as a good neck, short back, long and flat croup. She gives very typey offsprings, well balanced with a lovely mind. 

Between others, Azzell was shown as a two years old and win her class before the fantastic mare Claudiaa, the well-known World Championship top ten mare, a Psytadel daughter. It’s really a notable performance for a young mare owned by an amateur !
